What is Functional Rehabilitation?
Functional Rehab is a therapy that helps people regain function and movement after an injury. Its focus is on improving the quality of movement!
Functional Rehabilitation involves getting you stronger, especially where you need it and related to your injury. You'll be performing controlled movements in an area of dysfunction, in such a manner that the improvements in strength, conditioning, and coordination, directly correlate to what you need to move pain-free and get back to doing what you love. We want you better than your pre-injury status. It's for everyone of all ages and abilities here in Lehi!
We treat and rehab virtually all musculoskeletal conditions and have success in helping people get better where others haven't. Sprain strains, Impingement, herniated discs, pre-surgical, post-surgical cases, generalized back pain, sports-related injuries, etc. We will individually assess those needs and generate a plan with you on how to get you back to what you love and enjoy.
You will be taught exercises in the office that you can easily do at home so that you can maintain your health after your injury has resolved.

Whether you are young or old, a professional athlete or a casual runner, functional rehab can help you reach your goals.
