Summit Sports and Spine is an integrated, functional health clinic based in Lehi, UT. Our focus is on improving your overall physical performance and getting you out of pain. We provide accurate diagnoses related to all musculoskeletal complaints, nerve entrapments, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents and work-related injuries.
Treatments are specific to the individual and focused on empowering the patient to improve quickly and get them back to their activity better than before!
